The Deal

We I've just had the meeting and it looks like it will pretty much boil down to what would have happened if I had just resigned.
The offer was to take less time off and keep my job or resign and they 'promise' to take me back afterwards.
So as it's a fix length course the first option is not really an option as they were pretty much only offering to let me take what a have in holiday off and not allow any unpaid time.
So that means I resign can go on my trip but lose my bonuses, a couple of grand, and start again with the company when I come back.

So much for Rob saying on Friday not to worry about it and we can work something out.
